Hey, I’m Eric Cruz -- a Central Coast native born and raised in Morro Bay. My passions are people, property and good food. After graduating from Morro Bay High School, I dedicated the next few years to experience training in customer service, continuing even as I launch my real estate career while in my current role at Lure Fish House, where I continue to build strong connections within our community.

Outside of real estate, I’m all about staying active -- whether it’s hitting the gym or running along the coast. I’ve got two chubby cats, Milo and Leo, who I walk every night for 30-minute walks, rain or shine (yes, really).

I chose to launch a real estate career because I genuinely love building relationships and helping people find a place they can call home. I’m also a big fan of cooking and wine! so if you ever want to talk houses over a good glass of red or white, I’m your man!!!
