Hi I'm Megan! After 10 years of working in Corporate America, I was able to quit my job and turn my passion for financial freedom into a business.  I could no longer take leaving my family each day, being stuck in a capped salary with no growth, and NO free time. Something had to change so my husband and I sold our house and started buying Short Term Rentals.

 

That turned into buying 7 properties in 2 years building a $7.5M Short-Term Rental portfolio in Tennessee, completing over 5 rehabs on those properties sight unseen and managing across the county for multiple years.  Since then I've parlayed my skill set into building out a Vacation Rental Management company in SLO County.  I am well versed in buying, selling, negotiations, house hacking and value-add properties to name a few and am excited to help others navigate through the real estate process and begin their journey.

 

I’ve seen the power of real estate as a vehicle for financial freedom and created a mission to help others be able to do the same.

 

When I'm not spending time in real estate you'll see me with my husband, two kids (Olivia 8 and Wyatt 5) and our two dogs out on a hike, wine tasting, or hosting a bbq for friends and family. We love a good party! Or at an open house (seriously I'm always on the hunt for real estate).
